Ford 4x4 Vans & Cutaways

In our effort to provide you with the best product available, QMCI's 4x4 system consists of the same Ford components as used by Ford in their 4x4 F-Series trucks. We incorporate the same axles, transfer case, rotors (early model Quigley's may have required machining modifications to the rotors), brakes and calipers while retaining the original factory springs. To this we add our Quadra link torque arm suspension (for a definition of terms, click here).

Ford Cargo and Passenger Vans

Our standard installation consists of a Ford solid front axle with 4 wheel anti-lock brakes, coil spring front suspension, manual lock out hubs, 4x4 indicator light, Magna Gear transfer case, 5-FORD 17" steel wheels, 5-LT245/70R17E tires, rear wheel adapters, tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS), Roll Stability Control (RSC) when ordered with vehicle, 4-center hub caps and 31 gallon fuel tank on all cargo vans and club wagons. The original 35 gallon tank is replaced with a smaller tank due to the space limitation after the installation of the 4x4 transfer case. This proven durable 4x4 system increases the height of your van on average 3.5". This increase in height gives you a better field of view while providing greater body clearance for those go anywhere, do anything adventures.

Quigley Standard features include: Ford front drive axle with 4-wheel ABS, coil spring front suspension, manual lock-out hubs, Magna Gear (Ford)271, 2 speed transfer case*, 4x4 indicator light, 2-ea. 17" Ford single steel wheels for front axle, 4-ea. 17" x 6.5" steel dual wheels for the rear axle and 6 ea.
